Yoga classes begin at Brisas Del Mar on Monday, November 27th. The calendar schedule below is for the last week of November (the 26th-30th) and for the month of December. Please note, there will be no classes December 25th-January 1st. Classes resume Tuesday, January 2. January’s schedule will be released in a few weeks.

5 class package: 1250 MXN (50 pesos savings per class)
10 class package: 2000 MXN (100 pesos savings per class)
Month package: 2400 MXN (200 pesos saving per class)

The yoga classes take place on the condo rooftop over looking the ocean. To access the space, you can enter from highway 200, also known as Carr. Costera A Barra de Navidad, walk down the parking road and to the set of stairs to the right of the hotel. Walk down the stairs and you will see a gate entrance to the rooftop. (This is recommended path.) You can also enter from Amapas street, walking up the stairs to the rooftop, however, the stairs may be under construction, and may not be safe. (This is not the recommended path.)
Private lessons are available either at Brisas Del Mar, your residence, or in another location. Private lessons are available for individuals, small or large groups. Please contact Collin below for more details and to arrange your private and personalized lessons.

Yes, these are public yoga classes. You do not have to be a resident of Brisas Del Mar condos.
Is this class for beginners?
Yoga practitioners of any level are encouraged to attend. Modifications and variations will be provided on a student by student basis.
What does the class consist of?
This is an hour long class that includes meditation, breathing work and yoga postures.
What if I have an injury?
All yoga students are encouraged to speak with their medical professional before attending a yoga class.
What do I need to bring?
A yoga mat (we have a few to share, but it is recommended), towel, hat, sunscreen, bug spray (there does tend to be some bugs around that could be bothersome), water.
