Get into the Body
Trained in movement based exercises, Collin discovered a method to factor in weight training to build strength and stamina. Beginning with a base of calisthenics for the more agile of practitioner, or starting with isolated focused on specific muscle groups using weights, Collin will help guide the trainee into either area; thereby building a more robust sense of physical health.

A passion for the mind, body and soul. Hatha yoga (the physical practice) is often compared to calisthenics. Yoga is so much more. Mantra, Bahkti, Karma all play a role. In Collin’s yoga sessions, one has the opportunity to exercise the physical and spiritual while tempering the mind.
