Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or at an advanced level in your yoga practice, I have programs for you all. With over 15 years experience in yogasana, pranayama, and meditation, I know each of these programs will provide benefit to you, the student, depending on your skill level. I recommend choosing one level down from what you may consider yourself to be. This is because my programs truly are on par with beginner onto advanced. I have often found in my teaching that students naturally overestimate their skill level and I am constantly reducing the difficulty for them to increase their success rate. There is nothing shameful about practicing at a lower level! This gives you opportune moments to delve deeper into the subtly of some the more foundational postures. I have often reduced my own training to very fundamental postures for various reasons. All yoga provides benefit. Below is is a series of questions to ask oneself before booking in for a course, along with what to expect. I look forward to offering you training that will strengthen and build your confidence in your practice moving forward.

Beginner

Who is this for?

  • Has only attended a few yoga classes
  • Has been away from yoga for many years
  • In recovery from an injury

  • Fundamental insight into yoga

Intermediate

Who is this for?

  • Has practiced yoga consistently for a year
  • Is able to do a one hour yoga class
  • Does not have any injuries

What I offer

  • Structured teaching of yogasana
  • Challenging yoga postures
  • Full yoga sequences

What you gain

  • A detailed understanding of yogasana
  • A full series of yoga sequences to keep
  • A strong & balanced yoga practice

Advanced

Who is this for?

  • Has practiced yoga for over 5 years
  • Is able to do an hour and a half yoga class
  • Has no physical limitations

  • An in-depth analysis of yogasana
  • Postures not taught in public class
