Join Collin and get fit in just 30 minutes a day, 3 times per week.
Starting Tuesday, September 6th until Saturday October 1st, Collin will be offering a follow along online yoga & fitness program 3 times per week: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Follow along as Collin instructs and demonstrates these classes. The course starts at a beginner level and increases incrementally as the weeks progress. Modifications will be offered.
$50 USD for the 12 classes.
Everyone who signs up will receive a copy of Collin’s e-book: Yoga Foundations, the opportunity to book in for a private one on one session at $30 USD (reg. $45 USD), and discount to his merchandise line.
Considering this a public online video event, shorts will be required to be worn.
