Whether you feel confident enough to practice solo, or understand the benefit of having 1 on 1 yoga sessions, sign up today. 12 weeks is an adequate amount of time to create the habits you need to maintain your practice for life. Have that supported with your choice of the number of online 1 on 1 sessions you would like to include.

1 on 1 Online sessions

1 on 1 online sessions are done through zoom & are meant to used as a compliment to the 12 weeks of online training. Please note, the below amounts are in addition to the online course.
